Terms of Use

These Terms apply to Bible Intelligence, offered by Millennial Apps, LLC in the Bible Intelligence app. By using Bible Intelligence, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

What Bible Intelligence Includes

Bible Intelligence unlocks the Bible Intelligence study features (commentary, cross-references, topics and original-language word studies) and the public-domain Bible translations offered in the app.

Purchases, Renewals, and Cancellation

Bible Intelligence is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The yearly subscription may include a free trial. If you start a free trial, it automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing yearly subscription at the then-current price when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Accounts and Shared Device Use

Bible Intelligence is tied to the purchasing user's Apple ID and, when signed in, to the purchasing user's account. On family-owned or shared devices, the purchasing user must be signed in on that device before subscription benefits are available. Subscription benefits may not be shared outside the purchasing user's family or devices.

Age and Parent Responsibility

Bible Intelligence is intended for users age 13 or older unless used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for a child's use of the app, including Bible Intelligence requests and content the child views or shares.

Bible Intelligence and Study Content

Bible Intelligence and other study features are provided for devotional, educational, and informational purposes. AI-generated or app-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for every situation. It is not a substitute for pastoral, theological, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Users may not use Bible Intelligence to generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, exploitative, or infringing content, or to attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or access controls.

Bible Translation Rights

Bible Intelligence gives you in-app access to the public-domain Bible translations offered in the app. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, bulk export, resell, or use Bible text outside the app except as allowed by each translation's copyright and license terms.

Availability

Some features depend on internet access, sync services, Apple services, Bible downloads, third-party providers, and AI providers. We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and applicable law, Bible Intelligence is provided as available, without warranties. Millennial Apps, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the updated version in the app. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
